Heritage And Foundations
Founded during the early stages of the UAE’s commercial development, the Al Yousuf Group and the Al Ghurair Group have each played an integral role in shaping the country’s economic landscape.
The Al Yousuf Group began as a trading enterprise and steadily evolved into a diversified business built on long term partnerships and sustainable growth. Over the decades, it cultivated strong relationships with leading global brands such as Yamaha, Suzuki, Suzuki Marine, and LG, expanding across automotive, marine, power products, consumer electronics, industrial services, air conditioning solutions, retail, and real estate.
Similarly, the Al Ghurair Group has been a driving force in Dubai’s development since the early 1960s. The family contributed to the establishment of Mashreq Bank in 1967 and launched Al Ghurair Centre in 1981, one of Dubai’s earliest integrated retail and hospitality destinations. The group later broadened its footprint into manufacturing and commodities through Al Ghurair Foods and Al Ghurair Resources, alongside continued investments in real estate, hospitality, and industrial sectors.
Together, these legacies reflect decades of institutional growth, strategic diversification, and active participation in key milestones of the UAE’s progress. This shared heritage forms the foundation of Fox Signature Properties’ disciplined, long term, and locally grounded approach.

Fox Signature Properties was established by two distinguished Emirati business leaders from the Al Yousuf and Al Ghurair lineages, with a shared vision to deliver informed, authentic, and highly strategic real estate advisory across the GCC. Backed by a combined 50 years of industry experience and over AED 1 billion in executed real estate transactions, the firm was created to serve clients seeking clarity in complex property decisions.
